1. Program
Elm Street Technology, LLC (“Elm Street”) runs the Grove text messaging program. We send texts about your Grove demo, trial and account: demo confirmations and reminders, follow-ups from our team after you book a demo or contact us, and tips during your free trial. The types of SMS messages you will receive are notifications and alerts (demo confirmations, reminders and account notices), follow-ups from our team, and occasional promotions (trial tips and offers). Billing alerts are a separate program, described in section 10.
2. How you opt in
You opt in on getgrove.com by entering your mobile number and ticking an unticked checkbox on our demo booking form (getgrove.com/demo) or our contact form (getgrove.com/contact). The checkbox reads:
I agree to receive text messages from Grove by Elm Street Technology about my demo, trial and account, including reminders and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Ticking the box is optional. You can book a demo or contact us without it, and we will not text you. We never text numbers from purchased, rented or scraped lists.

Message frequency varies with your demo, trial and account activity.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply (Msg & data rates may apply) to any messages we send you and any you send us, according to your mobile carrier’s plan. Check with your carrier for details. Elm Street does not charge for texts.
5. Opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed.

7. Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and device, and neither Elm Street nor the wireless carriers guarantee that every message will be delivered.
8. Age and eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. You must also be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you give us.
9. Privacy
Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with service providers that deliver our messages for us (such as our messaging platform), solely to send the messages you agreed to. We do not sell mobile opt-in data. 10. Billing alerts
Grove customers who give us a mobile number for their account may receive billing alert texts from our billing team when a payment on their Grove subscription fails, with a link to update their payment method. These are account messages, not marketing, and are sent only about an active billing issue.
