How Elm Street Technology, LLC collects, uses and protects information on getgrove.com and in Grove.

Effective October 27, 2026

1. About this policy

getgrove.com and the Grove CRM (together, “Grove”) are operated by Elm Street Technology, LLC (“Elm Street”, “we”, “us”). Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit getgrove.com, book a demo, contact us or use Grove, and how we use and protect it.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you book a demo, contact us, start a trial or open an account, we ask for details such as your name, email address, phone number, brokerage or team, and billing information. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Information in your Grove account. As a Grove customer you may import or enter contacts, notes, messages and other data about your own clients. We process that data on your behalf to provide the service, as described in the Grove Terms of Service.

Usage information. We collect information about how getgrove.com and Grove are used, such as pages viewed, features used, browser type, operating system and the site that referred you. We use product analytics tools for this and do not correlate it with individual users unless you are a registered account holder or have contacted us.

Other information. If you contact us with a question, we keep that correspondence like other business records. Feedback and suggestions you send us may be used by Elm Street without restriction.

3. Our communications with you

Email and calls. When you submit your contact information on getgrove.com or in Grove, you agree that Elm Street may contact you by email and phone about your demo, your trial, your account, and Grove products and services. Agreeing to these communications is not a condition of purchase.

Text messages. We send demo, trial and follow-up texts only if you opt in by ticking the SMS consent checkbox on our demo booking or contact form. Customers who give a mobile number for their account may also receive billing alert texts. Both are described in section 4 and our SMS Terms.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop marketing email; you will still receive email about your account. You can also ask us to stop by any other reasonable means, and we will act on it within 30 days.

4. SMS / text messaging program

Elm Street Technology offers text messaging to Grove prospects and customers who opt in on getgrove.com by entering a mobile number and ticking the SMS consent checkbox. Texts cover your Grove demo, trial and account: demo confirmations and reminders, follow-ups from our team, and trial tips. Separately, Grove customers who give a mobile number for their account may receive billing alert texts when a payment fails. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information only with subcontractors that perform support services on our behalf (such as our messaging platform provider) solely to deliver the messages you requested. We do not sell mobile opt-in data. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Full program terms are in our SMS Terms, which are part of our Terms of Service.

5. How we use and share information

We use the information we collect to schedule and run demos, respond to your questions, register and manage your account, provide and improve Grove, process payments, send you the communications described above, and for similar business purposes.

Elm Street does not disclose email addresses, phone numbers or other personal information to outside parties without your permission, unless disclosure is necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, or to protect the safety of our users or the public. We use third-party service providers (for example, hosting, payments, email, messaging, customer support and analytics) who may access personal information only as needed to perform services for us. We hold them to the same privacy standards we hold ourselves.

6. Cookies

We place small text files called cookies in your browser. Cookies do not contain personal information on their own, but they let us relate your use of getgrove.com and Grove to information you have knowingly given us, keep you signed in, and understand traffic patterns. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings; some parts of Grove, such as signing in, need them to work.

7. Security

Elm Street operates secure data networks protected by industry-standard measures such as firewalls, encryption and password protection. We review our security and privacy practices periodically, and only authorized people have access to the information our users provide.

8. Children

Grove is for real estate professionals. Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we never knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the changes on this page and update the effective date, so you always know what information we collect, how we use it and when we disclose it.
